So I started the 30 day squat challenge last week, but missed a few days because I was sick. Anyway, when you finish the squat challenge, then what? Do you start over again? Continue adding a more squats per day? Am I going to be doing 5000 squats in 7-8 months? Lol
How does the 30 day challenge work? I enjoy the challenges vs a work out program. I try to do program work also but......Yesterday I did 130% of my goal. Last night we had 3-4" of wet heavy snow with more tonight and tomorrow. It's all abs today.
Everyday you increase the number of squats you do. If you google it, you can find the schedule. Or on pintrest, if you are on there :-)
Maybe when you finish the squat challenge, change to a different 30 day challenge? Theres a few out there nowadays
