I've gone to workouts and then i choosed butt and legs and i found natural booty pop i made it and in the next day i found my butt larger not smaller as i expected
Am i going right and it'll decrease in size by time doing workout or this workout to grow booty? In frustrated bec its name

Ur but will only get smaller by losing fat.

Omar, every single workout here that is related to the "butt" are for lifting & slightly enlarging them. Most of these workouts (if not all) are for women not for you!
Maybe walking or running will solve your problem

Im working hard on my posterior chain haha. Probably harder than alot of women are!

You need a healthy diet & cardio workouts to lose fat all over your body.  Plus resistance training 3x a week to maintain your muscles.
