I've gone to workouts and then i choosed butt and legs and i found natural booty pop i made it and in the next day i found my butt larger not smaller as i expected

Ur but will only get smaller by losing fat.
Omar, every single workout here that is related to the "butt" are for lifting & slightly enlarging them. Most of these workouts (if not all) are for women not for you!
Maybe walking or running will solve your problem
