Do anyone know if sex can help with your workout and if so how??

I feel mentally relax after that...nd its a goid cardiac exercise too as large amount of calories are burnt during sex...

It the other way around certain workout move can help make sex better some workout improve flexablity making it more easier to do certain sex postion.

Seriusly I always feel more focesed after sex. It's DIF one of the best Pre workouts out there, and it keeps your test levels High ;) (don't know if this have an effect or not)

Working out will add a lot to your enjoyment of sex you feel better about yourself,more energy, really adds to endurance, sex is its own workout when done right it's hot,sweaty and messy have fun
