I whould say start with 10 minnutes every Day, build a habit out of it. This way you won't loose motivation after the first few weeks as many people do.
I think you should start with a moderate workout like 6 Min Fat Burner.
As you become better you can do longer workouts or more intens once.
Why only 5-10 min? Simple. If you don't feel like doing it, it's easy only to do a 10 min workout. Same thing if your busy ;) just remember to progres after a few weeks :)
