Exercising in the evening?

I heard that exercise later at night (7:00 or later) is not suggested because it keeps you awake later at night. But what else does it do? And is it really that bad of a thing to do?

Just worked out...fav workout/run time is about an hr before bedtime. Feel high for a lil while then wind down and I sleep like a rock!!

Your answer Call fore a long explanition, but i'm to tied fore that. So I'll just say that it's not something you should worry about. Just workout when you feel like it or got the time fore it :)

Its up to you, and the exercises you do. some ppl find it works for them, others no...

I do workouts at night. ....it's good. ..helps me to sleep better

It depends on the person, and I suspect on the type of work out. When I run in the evenings I sleep like a champ. When I do HIIT I'm awake for hours.
