Will I still benefit if I do 20 of cardio before and after my working out? 5 days a week!
Cardio always after workout,for some extra burn! If you do it before,you will lose strength for weight training. Let your cardio be fast and intensive (20-30 min. max). 3-5 times per week is enough.
It's ok,just secure enough rest between cardio and weights (6-8 h min.)
