Workout at the Gym

I had a great hour and half workout today at 24 hour fitness. Im so happy i started my gym membership today.

The treadmill and elliptical and the dry sauna

No offence ment, but why are you at the gym? To walk run? You can do that outside. You don't need a gym membership fore that -.- And sauna does not count as a part og your workout.

Yes didn't mean to put her down. Just trought she chould save money or spend her time in the gym better. I also understand that the gym environment can be very motivating. Even if you're just using the treadmill :)
