Akshay I'm not having any experiance of gym nor any workout... n m doing differently in my own way from childhood... Lyk kardio+yoga+workout ... Dats y m confuse coz I hv many ideas bt I don't have right direction.... sounds funny ...I knw everything but I don't know anything

Weights is the answer for you. But you look good, why do you want to change! Anyhow it's has to be a fine balance between aerobic and anaerobic exercise to control your weight.
Ok I see where the problem lies. You cant really do cardio- yoga and workout together. It doesn't really work out that way and its not good for health. I think its better you quit yoga and continue with cardio or your regular work out. That would work
