I'm trying to lose my stomach. What's the best exercise for the lower abs. Oh and also the so called "love handles"

You can't spot reduce, so doing ab exercises alone will just build the muscle up and make the muscle more toned. You wont actually see the toneness until you get rid of any fat ontop. So in order to do that you need to mix cardio & ab exercises. Hope this helped.

Starch rich foods is a fat magnet for youe belly. Avoid breads and sugars and watch what happens

Ab exercise alone won't help belly fat. But will firm it and give you a six pac once the fats gone. Focus on losing fat

Moutain climbers,leg tucks,reverse chruches,hangin knee rasies. But most important eat clean.
