Try this workout:
Keep a log. This is important. Use a desk calendar or a paper tacked to your fridge, or a NotePad app or even a workout log app (simple workout log)...just keep track. Try starting with five sets of ten and then see what your max is. Rest a day or three and next time, based on how many you ended up doing, try to increase your basic sets and always go max on the last set. Keeping a log helps motivate, for one thing, and also ensures that you are pushing yourself, and when we seek to change our body that is how we get results. Good luck. Squats alone really can make a visible difference.
