Working out while injured

I just came back from the ER and looks like I tore either a ligament or tendon in my foot. So I have to stay off my foot for at least a week.

Any suggestions on a good workout I can do while sitting?

You should probably rest up for that week, honestly. But certain yoga and Pilates workouts are good for this. And most upper body workouts are good to look into
