Hey so wanted to know if any of you can share your boxing workouts or boxing fitness tips with me, been boxing for 2 months now and really love it .. please and thanks

Plenty of miles on road, short distances about 5 miles but quick pace. Hill sprint based interval training. HIT circuit training and plenty of rounds on floor to ceiling bags and heavy bags. Nothing gets you more contest fit than actual sparring and getting the time in the ring.
