I have very bony shoulders and I hate it! In fact, you can see that I'm bony on my chest and I despise wearing tank tops because of this. Any suggestions on what I can do to hide these bones? Any chest/shoulder exercises?

I have good genetics for my shoulders I don't hit em in the gym because it grows with other upper body exercise for me

. Clean and press-30kg, sets-8 reps-5
. Dumbbell shoulder press-20kg, sets-5 reps-9

I've done the weight and reps just guessing your build but those are the two imports as exercises for your shoulders so if you need and more weight or more reps go for it good luck

Dumbell overhead presses for sure. And look up rotator cuff exercises. It's often neglected when it comes to direct training and will make your shoulders look awesome
