I want to hear some opinions to my self-created workout.
short full body
It's just a short, but also a full body workout.
Oh my... 3 round each? This might be too intense for me.
All in all, nice. But I can't do the handstand push up ...
It's pretty intense having 3 similar exercises after eachother and for 3 rounds with only 15 sec break after each round. I'd mix them up a little bit.
Also you could put in some transition time to change the posture and prepare for the next exercise
