Hey,
I want to hear some opinions to my self-created workout.
short full body
It's just a short, but also a full body workout.

Oh my... 3 round each? This might be too intense for me.
All in all, nice. But I can't do the handstand push up ...

Oh, than try to make negative push ups, after and after you have to put your legs higher and make also push ups. Train a bit and you'll make it to the handstand push up. :) Sorry for the bad english, i'm from germany :D

It's pretty intense having 3 similar exercises after eachother and for 3 rounds with only 15 sec break after each round. I'd mix them up a little bit.
Also you could put in some transition time to change the posture and prepare for the next exercise

Okay, thanks for the feedback, i'll look over and change it a bit later. Really thanks for the fast feedback.

Edit: I already changed it now, another feedback would be great now.
