What Workout Trainer workouts do you do?

Hey guys! I'm mind blank right now. I'm looking for effective workouts that are 30+ minutes that don't involve countless minutes of running! Haha. If you've been doing certain workouts of which you see results, please leave them in the comments below. Thanks!!!!

Hi ya dria .. i use muscle memory its 34mins and very good dumbell workout ... i also do lean and mean kickboxer its not over 30mins just 20 but i do recommend it ... these are the two main ones i use hope this helps
