Abs are made in the kitchen im sure u heard this before..u can do decline reverse chruches/moutain cilmbers/db long arm chruches/side v ups/russian twist.. Jumping rope& spirts are also good to add in good luck

But you have to lose fat and if you don't want to risk losing muscles, you have to do veeeeery much cardio.
