I really need to gain some booty haha and I need some help! Does anyone know of any good exercises or programs with fast results? I tried the natural booty pops but im only feeling it in my legs rather than booty, am I doing somthing wrong?

Yes you should be using weights. And how much is impossible to say. The heaviest you can go basicly to finish the sets.

Dancers pose is where you start off standing on one foot, in a leg stretch. You extend your lifted leg up and back while reaching forward with the opposite arm.
Prisoners squats are when you squat while your hands are behind your head and keep your core tight.

I do some ballet stuff I used to do... standing leg lifts essentially.... Feet together lift right leg leterally to 90° angle... Do the same thing with left leg. Then do right leg straight back. And do the left to the back as well. Do 20 each for 2 reps every day add a rep once you do 10 reps switch to 50 each for 3 reps and keep going. :)
