Recommendation for a good full work out course ( Preferably moderate)?
I'm just downloaded this app a while ago, and it seems to have a lot of courses for full body. I have no idea which one to pick (they all look good)
Equipment: I got a dumbbell but not the specialize chair
Im new to this new i only got the app today just try different ones and see which is best for you thats what i did hope it helps just a little xx
