How many pushups have you done today? I have done 110 in 3 sets (45+35+30)

Don't do them every day! Do more, but have one or two rest days. In that time you can work on another body part. I'm using runtastic push-up to increase the number of push-ups I can do.

It's an app, which counts how many push-ups you do. It has a program with 3 intensity levels. You need the pro version for the 2. and 3. level. (you can download it for free with aptoide)

I'm currently on level 3. That means, I'm 70-32-22-18 push-ups and next time it will be more.

I do 50 every day.  No more no less.  I modify the type/speed etc to always make them challenging.  Quality over qty

I feel so weak now.

I struggled my way through 35 yesterday doing 15, 5 ,5, 4, 3, 3. That was a record for me. I am taking a rest day since my arms are aching.
