I'm just starting out and would like to lose 20 kgs within this year, if possible, and hopefully gain some abs in the process
So how long should I workout each day? Any recommended workouts? Kinda lost trying to figure out how much excercise my body should go through to attain such results. Thanks in advance!

I don't have control on my daily calorie intake, so I guess I'll just avoid fatty foods and snacks.
I used to workout once a day for a period of time but stopped for unavoidable reasons, so now that I can go on, I plan to do a quick one in the mornings and a more challenging one in the evenings every day, while keeping a fairly active lifestyle.
