What do you think about jump rope for daily cardio?

It says it burns more calories faster than jogging quicker. What are your guys opinions on this? Thanks. ☺️

Any kind of jumping burns serious calories - you're using your whole posterior chain! Jump, jump squats, jumping jacks, star jumps, etc, they're all good!

Unripe also helps with stamina, apart from cardio... helps with staying on your toes longer

I heard that jumping rope for 15 min. Burned as much as 45 min. running.It is gr8 cardio.I use it to help my footwork in martial arts.

Don't worry about tripping just start up again. The technique will come with practice :)

I think it is a great for cardio 15 mins a day is good and burns a lot of calories
