Any good lower back workout??
Hi ! Ive been trying to work my lower back.. But d workouts are too easy for me.. So does anyone know an intense lower back workout for females??
Yeah squats and deadlifts heavily target your lower back as the lower back is the pivot point of the exercise. They also develop other beautiful muscles, such as your legs, core and bum.
Then pick up a heavy rock (with a straight back and good form) and lift it like a deadlift with high reps (8-10). Other than that I dont know of any exercises.
