Increase endurance

I have been workingout for approximately 20 min a day, including warming up and cooling down.
However, when I do a main workout with 20 min duration, I always run out of stamina, especially a circuit training without rest time in between.
Any tips to increase endurance? Is it mandatory to have a meal before workout?

You should probably eat but not heavily. Working out on empty stomach might end up making you feel hungrier and eating more, resulting in making your workout useless. BUT that's if you're trying to cut weight or something.

And to increase endurance? Try jump roping, jumping jacks, and jogging!

Thanks, Marie. I occasionally run on weekend, but lately I feel pain around calf and knee. Jumping jack is quite good. I'll try to increase repetition and duration gradually.

I would recommend waking up having some water and lemon.  Then workout around 30 minutes later.  If you are working out anytime after that a banana an hour before will do the trick.  Also 2 or three dates and milk an hour before. The key is to give your body enough energy through the workout so your muscles don't get tired.
