I just started the program. I'm on day 3 tonight....so far so good. It's not as intense as I was expecting but I like the variety.

Im doing it alternate with P90...so far, is a veey good, fast fun program to do.

I've been doing the T25 for 6 weeks and love it, it's fun and Shaun T pushes you to give your best.
I've progressed to beta level, which is that next step up, I will eventually be alternating with the P90x when I get it.

So have you lost any weight Doing ??It I heard people lose weight with in the first week

Yes me and my husband have done T-25 finished it also the full prgrm.We are currently redoing it again from the biggining

So how long did it take u to finish?? And how much weight did u lose?

10 or 11 weeks.and in the bigginning u do loose weight like 3-5 pnds.That's the alfa cicle .But on the Betta u start to build muscle.so the alfa is pretty much cardio so u can drop the excess fat first.Then build the muscle with the betta
