Aerobic dance

I started to join aerobic dance last month and aim for 3month to reduce my weight (I wish to reduce 5kg) . I do for 3 times a week (1 hour for every session ) .. Do you think I can achieve my goal because after one month I check my weight remain the same. No reduce even though i do control my food consume ..

control but dont deprive yourself and you will reach that goal

Dont forget your weight might be the same even if you lost fat. That might be the result of  gaining your muscles... Continue to work, it is a slow process but giving up wont speed it up
