I started to join aerobic dance last month and aim for 3month to reduce my weight (I wish to reduce 5kg) . I do for 3 times a week (1 hour for every session ) .. Do you think I can achieve my goal because after one month I check my weight remain the same. No reduce even though i do control my food consume ..

control but dont deprive yourself and you will reach that goal
