In pain!! Please help

All my lower budy muscles are hurt because of my last training... Anybody knows how to help me to release them?

Strech a lot, have a drink, get a massage.. Done! Lol

You can roll out your muscles. Use a foam roller or a hard ball such as a basketball, softball, base ball..it will hurt horribly while you're  rolling but it feels really good after.

Stretch loads and hold the stretches for a good 30 seconds per stretch. Works for me.

If you can go sit in a hot tub or duana and rub your legs down. By rubbing, it gets the acids that build up after you breakdown your muscles out of there. So they can heal up quicker, I usualy massage the girl I train for an hour a day to help her body relax.

Stretch and massage, it can be done with any body lotion... Sometimes i use a  peppermint oil from a health store, i love the feeling!!

Right after your workout do static stretching, stretch each muscle that is tight to the point of 1st resistance and hold for 20-30 secs, do 2-3 sets

Always stretch after workouts. Normally the pain should go after a day or two. If not see a doctor, also I use deep heat which works well on aches and pains
