What are the best ways to train ur abs? I knw clean eating is a must. Ive heard some people saying that doing abs 3x a week to failure is more effective than doing it everyday. Or are there any suggestions?
If its toning you need then you have to get rid of any fat, even a thin layer means you won't get great definition.... Lots of cardio and working them 3-4 x week should do the trick :) also, try and drink a lot of water, but don't forget to have something like lucozade every now and again for electrolytes....
