Food schedule

I need your help. Im new in fitness and i made a food shedule.
I eat 500 cal above my needs and its 50 30 20 But do you have to eat 500 call above your needs every day or just on trainings days? And what should be a good 4 days training split?
My goals are to put on muscle mass
