Already skinny but want to get toned.
I am also trying to tone because I don't need to lose fat or building muscles Well I'm mostly concentrated on my lower body but You can choose a different kind of workout for everyday you train. Start with moderate mode workouts: for lower body I like doing "Sexy lean legs" as a short workout, then I like also "Thankful Thights" (you feel them work so much!) and it makes also your bootie work! Then I like "Strong arm Yoga" for arms, I'm still searching for some good workouts for abs.
