Mine so far has been holding L seat lifts very long.Im getting better though
I don't know if it's an exercise on here, but I was able to do 10 push-ups with one hand the first time today.
There is so many that I just can't do.. Leg raises of various kinds, v sit holds put my psoas on fire right now.
Lunges.... my thighs are like bon fires!! Feel that burn...
Dolphin pushups followed by chaturanga... kills me.....trying to lengthen the time for these
