What are the best workouts on here for ur legs and booty or programs to do. Do not want to loose weight at all actually need to gain some. Thanks :)

Squats are great for the quads and butt. You want to work your hamstrings too. I like dead lifts and leg curls for them. I wouldn't do them every day either, you want to make sure that your muscles have atleast 24 to 48 hours to recover up before working the same muscle group.
