Im barely starting and don't know where to start...

And Marlon I know how hard things can get, I have 2 jobs, over time college student a dad with back problems and a brother with mental disability and I'm the oldest of 4 siblings, so... I need to take care of me first to be able to take care of others. I know I will be hard but...

I like to build up my lungs to get them used to the extra activity. I start off by walking first. Have a goal for the finish line but keep you eyes looking one day at a time.
