I want a workout that will make my body straight cuz i have a little slouch and my neck is leaning forward i do scientific 7 min workout and total arms and abs btw,

I think you have be conscious with your posture. I had the same problem when I was younger and I think it was my dance training in ballet that helped correct it as it made me aware of my posture most of the time. The habit of correcting my body alignment helped. :)
