Anyone got links to decent short intense workouts I can do from home. Work a lot atm and can't get to the gym, rubbish opening times. I want to strengthen my core and my little chicken legs :P
Hi!! Are you new to this app? Anyways, I think full body workouts will help you. Like weight training 101, upper body pusher and so on. This app's plank challenges are really good for the core too. Wish you the best! :)
I would like to recommend here the Burpee.It includes squat thrust -> burpee ->burpee with jump ->burpee with push up -> burpee with push up and jump->burpee with push up, jump, and chin up -> burpee with push up, jump, chin up, and knee lift.
