Anybody could help me finding punching bag workouts....thanks

Thanx mark...im new to kicking and punching exercises... could you pls explain the sequences 1..2...1.. sr .... you used in your workout..i did not get the meaninbg of it

The 1 is a jab the 2 is a straight punch if your right handed 1 would be a jab with your left and 2 is with your right SR. Means slip right just a little lean n step to the right SL same thing just to the left.. 3 would be a hook with your left 4 hook with your right hope this makes sense

Here's what Bruce Lee used to do: hang a wide piece of paper with a string from the celling at about chest height. Throw jabs at the paper without touching it, but hard enough to swing the paper backward. Try to keep it elevated using only your jabs for as long as you can. This will build your endurance as well as your punching power. Good luck :)
