Videos give no time to understand an exercise
Is that only me who has troubles in understanding the right way to do new exercises in time given by the videos? Should I pause/rewind the video until I get it, or should I preview all the unknown exercises before doing the workout? What is more efficient?
ughh i have the same problem! i think we should just watch the workout first & at your own pace do the the exercises. kinda like practice. and when you feel comfortable and get the hang of it then juss do it "normally" ? lol, thats what im gonna try
