I hv been using this app for past 2 workouts. After the workout I kind of dont feel that great. I used to do yoga and I saw great results. I was expecting similar, but somehow the trainers in the app are very fast and I kind of feel its overkill. Do you also feel the same? Or is it only me?
I agree that a lot of these workouts say that they are moderate when they are actually intense. I just thought that I'm just not in shape enough. Maybe after a week or so you'll feel better? Try pausing it, for longer rest times. Once you are in better shape you'll pause it for shorter times or not pause it at all.
