Hi, I just got the app to help me keep to a fitness routine over the summer as it will be harder because I'll be working.

I'll only need this for the summer and the weekends when I start college because I am taking a personal training and fitness instructing course there.

It would be lovely if you guys could recommend a good, quick workout(s) to use. Thanks guys

The beach body workout is good one if you want to tone abs and work on your core
