Do you use/have any workout plans (e.g. legs on Mondays, abs on Thursdays,...) or do you train when and what you feel like? Can someone suggest a good workout schedule? Trying to established a weekly routine.
Hello! Just started using this app for working out. I do the elliptical for a half hour then abs. I want to start legs too. What abs/legs workouts do you like? So far I've used ab blast and some stretches. I'm not a pro member and I can't afford to buy anything at this point. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help!
