My posture is not terrible but it's not that great either. What can I do to improve my posture? Any specific exercises I should try?
I found core exercises really helped me. Especially when you focus on doing separate sets for both sides of your body. Also do some stretching everyday with some yoga poses.
Oh and don't cross your legs unless it's at the ankles.. as well as don't stand by resting your body on one side of your hips.
