More challenging to do in one sitting.
NOT FOR THE WEAK! So, if you think you got what it takes, join me! Ill be doing 100 4-count for 3 weeks. Take only one day off a week. If your in lets go! (You can post where you are at in the workout in this forum!)

I just finished today's directly after I posted this. A hell of a lot harder than I thought but can be done if you are determined. Haha.

What is 4 count?

You would count each leg as it goes up. And the fourth time would count as your first repetition. For example; if you start with your left leg when its up you would count 1. Right leg 2, left 3 r

Left 3, then when you do your right leg again its your first repetition. So 1,2,3, ONE 1,2,3 TWO so on...

So technicaly you're doing 400

If you add it up and get fancy with it. But its actually two hundred each legs.
