I need a routine to jump higher. I'm 6,1 and can't reach an official rim. Some of my friends are 5,8 and can reach the rim

Try any plyometrics. Im 5'8 and can dunk...lol

What's your secret. One thing about me I don't have much flexibility. I can't touch my toes when I bend down straight. I'm slim btw

First you want to do things that would help your flexibility and foot speed. And torso.... There's so many different routines. Do a lil research. I use to do box jumps, plunges, rim jumps, stairs, parachuting in the sand, etc...

I do a lot of resistance running. Like run slowly like 40 minutes. Somebody told me that drains power. Hey I've heard about box jumps. Do they really help?

Still your very skinny squat can only help you and the front squat version helps a lot on our mobility
