Is it a bad not to get a muscle fatigue the following day after a workout?

No it is not bad but shows that maybe you could have pushed a little further. I think it is harder to get fatigued as you get fitter. I never really get fatigued now. I need to step it up!

Personally, I think it's better when you don't get muscle fatigue the next day.  To me it means you didn't go too long on a workout or on a specific body part, therefore no muscle acid lactic building  which is very unhealthy.  A little bit of soreness is good though.

That make sense! The first time I start workout I got muscle soreness like 3-4 days, but now only about an hour after the workout. Thanks
