Which exercise do you prefer to do for each body part? Crunches for abs? Squats for glutes?

Back: deadlifts and powercleans, barbel rows.

Chest: Chest fly variations

Arms: Sitting dumbel curls and behind the head tricep extension

Leggs: Squats

Ass: lunges and hip thrusters

Stomach: planks

Shoulders: none favourrite
