I am thin and would like workouts to gain muscle and look toned?
Hi I am new to working out.I am thin and does anyone have suggestions of what workouts to do to gain muscle and look toned? Thanks!
One piece of advice I can give is to not forget upper body. Do low weight, high rep sets. Doing combo exercises is great. Lots of movement tons the stabilizing muscles surrounding everything. Skinny is great, but skinny with flabby arms is..... Not great.
