New, and need help!

I run cross country and track, and I just need some workouts to make my core and every other muscle stronger since I can't really work out anywhere with weights.

I just started too and the first couple I did with crunches and planks, or elbow planks, work really good. You'll find what works best for you!! Good luck!

I ran a marathon last year, and like you I'm on here more for core exercisers.  I've found the planks and abdominal exercisers the best so far.
Are you in the UK?
