How often should I do "Afterburn" workouts per week?

My current regimen is 5 training days each week which includes 3 weight training days and 2 planned afterburner workouts(if you don't knew what those are google it, it should be one of the first links and it would be easier explained because I have a hard time explaining that here) and I currently maintain a good diet so I could see maximum results but my question is that would the 2 afterburn workouts per week be enough or no?

I did it twice a week, but I mix it with weightlifting. Doing it after shoulder exercise mainly.
