via Android I have been hitting the gym hard and eating clean..I workout on my lunch break which is 45 minutes..and I waited a whole month to weight myself... so I went from 174 to 185.. clothes still fit the same but my fat percent went Down a while 5% I can tell where the muscle when..I am a little excited about the change but ready to see more results. .tell me your plans and what you have lost!!!

I've went from 160 to 180. I'm jus have a nice body but now I wanna bulk up and get to 205. Keep up the good work. My problem is being consistent ughhhhhhh.
