I do a daily 30mins walk? Any tips on how to get the best out of it?

Like fast walking, slow walking, alternate etc?

You can add lunge kicks to your walk in reps, or you can circuit train like walk 5 five minutes walk two and alternate until you reach 30 mins. Hope this helped a little!

I like to include the bleachers at the track. Makes it more of an interval walk. Also hills, bike paths, etc... to add intensity and keep it from getting boring.
