Hi Sara! I'm not a girl so I don't usually focussed on the glutes and hamstrings quite as much as my upper body. But you should try aerobics and some hamstring workouts. Also leg presses..if you keep your feet together instead of shoulder width, it targets your glutes and burns like hell. Hope I helped!
Running and pretty much any leg exercises
Lunges. Squat thrusts (burbies without the jump) kick backs, on knees or standing up ,step ups w/weight start light 15-20 reps.....
